Promoting broad and global access to scholarly research is a core priority of the journal, which is achieved through a comprehensive Gold Open Access model. The journal is committed to ensuring that all published articles are made freely and immediately accessible to users worldwide upon publication. By implementing this policy, the discoverability, readership, and citation potential of published research are maximized, thereby contributing to the enrichment of the global scholarly ecosystem.
The journal operates under a Gold Open Access publishing model. In order to sustain high‑quality publishing services and to maintain a permanent open‑access policy, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied. Authors are required to pay a total fee of 9,000,000 IRR (900,000 tomans) for article publication (400,000 tomans at the initial review stage and 500,000 tomans upon acceptance for publication). These charges are solely used to cover the costs associated with technical maintenance of the journal website, professional typesetting, digital archiving, and the provision of an immediate and global dissemination platform for scholarly works.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC 4.0)
(https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/deed.en). Under this license, copying, distribution, and adaptation of the content in any medium or format are permitted, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal. This licensing framework is adopted to ensure the highest level of engagement and reuse within the international academic community.
In accordance with ethical commitments and the selected licensing model, authors retain full and unrestricted copyright and publication rights to their works. Scholarly output remains under the control of the authors, while compliance with the journal’s licensing terms is required for publication.
