The publication pathway in the journal covers all stages from manuscript preparation to final publication. All stages are carried out in full compliance with the journal’s ethical standards and editorial policies.
Before submission, authors must carefully prepare all files, comply with the journal’s formatting and writing guidelines, and complete the required documentation.
Ensure that the main manuscript file, figures, and any supplementary materials are completely anonymized and contain no identifying information about the authors, in accordance with the double‑blind peer review process.
Written permission must be obtained from the copyright holder for the use of any images, tables, or text excerpts previously published in print or online.
By submitting a manuscript, authors implicitly declare that:
Obtaining and providing an ORCID identifier for all authors is mandatory (https://orcid.org).
All manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the journal’s online submission system and uploaded by the corresponding author.
Authors are required to upload five main files:
Authors may suggest potential reviewers or request the exclusion of specific individuals from the review process. Suggested reviewers must be independent, have no conflicts of interest, and have no direct association with the authors or the research. Providing an institutional email address or verified researcher identifiers is mandatory for all suggested reviewers.
Following submission, the manuscript undergoes an evaluation process consisting of an initial screening and external peer review.
The Editor‑in‑Chief or Associate Editors assess the manuscript for relevance to the journal’s aims and scope and for compliance with ethical standards. This stage typically takes approximately 10 days. Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum requirements may be rejected without external review.
Eligible manuscripts are sent to at least two independent external reviewers. The journal follows a double‑blind peer review policy, meaning that the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other. The average duration of the full peer‑review process is eight (8) weeks.
The Editor‑in‑Chief makes the final decision based on reviewers’ reports and editorial judgment. With an acceptance rate of approximately 21%, the journal follows a highly selective editorial policy. Possible decisions include:
If revisions are requested, authors must provide a reasoned and point‑by‑point response to all comments from reviewers and editors. Major revisions may take several weeks or months. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted through the online system.
Authors have the right to appeal a rejection decision. Typically, only one appeal per manuscript is permitted. The final decision after re‑evaluation by the Editor‑in‑Chief is binding. Complaints related to excessive delays or ethical concerns are handled in accordance with COPE guidelines.
If a manuscript is rejected but deemed suitable for another scholarly journal, the Editor‑in‑Chief may suggest transferring it to an alternative journal. With the author’s consent, the manuscript and existing peer‑review reports may be transferred automatically.

To sustain high‑quality publishing services and maintain the journal’s permanent open‑access policy, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied.
The APC for publishing an article is 9,000,000 IRR (900,000 Tomans).
These fees are used solely to cover costs related to technical maintenance of the website, professional typesetting, digital archiving, and the provision of immediate and global access to published research.
Once finalized, the article is published online immediately. As an open‑access journal, the final version is freely available to all readers and may be shared via its DOI link.
