  • Initial Article Retrieval from the University of Tehran’s Electronic Journals System
  • Preliminary Review of the Article by the Journal Expert
  • Submission to the Editor-in-Chief for Initial Evaluation
  • Creation of Preliminary Archive File
  • In case of Non-Approval, Notification to the Responsible Author within Two Weeks
  • Upon Initial Approval, Sending a Letter to the Author for Initial Article Revisions
  • Appointment of Reviewers
  • Establishment of a Record
  • Submission of the Article to Reviewers via the Electronic Journals System
  • Creation of the Article Review File
  • Weekly Report to the  Journal Editor
  • Weekly Meeting with the Journal Editor to Address Ambiguities in Articles
  • Sending Revised Articles to the Responsible Author after Reviewer Evaluation
  • Submission of the Article to the Final Reviewer after Revisions
  • Placing the Article File in the Section of Articles Ready for Editorial Board Review
  • Convening a Biannual Editorial Board Meeting to Review Articles
  • Sending Acceptance Letters to Authors of Articles Approved in the Editorial Board Meeting
  • Sending Accepted Articles to the System’s Editorial Department for Proofreading
  • Sending Proofread Articles to the Layout Section via the System
  • Sending Formatted Articles to Authors for Final Review (At this stage, authors verify the final version, report any discrepancies in names, details, or reordering of pages, tables, and charts to the journal)
  • Electronic Publication of the Journal in the University’s Electronic Journals System
  • Sending Electronic Articles to Magiran, Sid, and Isc by the System Itself
  • Sending Electronic Articles to Srlst by the Journal Expert
  • Sending English Abstracts of Articles to the Philosopher’s Index
